Puppy Promises Video Celebrates Over 41,000 Views

Laura, a very talented lady and a friend to Beagles everywhere, creates the Puppy Promises video for Saving Shelter Pets, Inc., last year. It outlines the mission of this special program for puppies, and was initially created when SSP was competing in the Six Degrees Foundation contest. On March 28, the video will have been on the internet for one whole year. As of right now, the video has been watched over 41,600 times. I will post on the video’s anniversary. Wouldn’t it be nice if the video had been viewed over 50,000 times by then?

The program,  at this time time, mainly targets puppies in parts of rural Georgia destined to be another statistic.  Volunteers and donators that make Puppy Promises possible come from not only several states, but several countries.   It is not only about the puppies.  Mom dog gets spayed.   She remains with her original family if it all possible, but is rescued if the family becomes unable to care for her.   The program has expanded to when a mother dog’s litter is enrolled, the family is asked what other dogs and cats are living there, and they are spayed if at all possible too.    When it was noticed that just as one mother dog had her last litter, the family brought in one of their other dogs with another litter, it was the way to be proactive and save even more lives.
